We are very excited to introduce our Volunteer Coordinator, Ruby-Ann Van Egmond!![]()

The food bank has many volunteers, which keeps Ruby-Ann very busy! She oversees tours, onboarding, scheduling, communications, appreciation, and more.![]()

Ruby-Ann graduated from The King's University in 2021 with a Bachelor in Psychology. She has experience working in non-profit, as well as experience working with a variety of age demographics and people with diverse abilities and backgrounds.![]()

Her strong work ethic, friendly demeanour, willingness to jump in and help, organizational skills, and kindness have made her a huge asset to our team.![]()

🍎 Save-On-Foods (7:00 am - 10:00 pm)![]()
🍎 Otter Co-Op (Check location for hours)

We will then be closed from Friday, March 29th to Monday, April 1st, and will reopen on Tuesday, April 2nd with our regular hours.![]()

Our Starfish Pack Program, which is currently feeding 734 elementary, middle, and high school students each week, has outgrown its existing space, which has resulted in a wait list to access the program.![]()
![]()
To eliminate the wait list and continue helping all students who apply, Starfish Pack is looking for a new space to sort food each week.![]()
![]()
The main requirements for the space are double doors, room to hold 12+ pallets, and available to use from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday mornings.![]()
