Need Assistance?

If you would like to apply to receive food assistance please bring the following information with you:

• Proof of Income (welfare statement, 2 pay stubs, proof of EI, etc.) 
• Rent or Mortgage Receipt (showing how much you pay/month) 
• Current Gas/Hydro Bills (if you pay for them) 
• Current Phone/Cable Current Address (piece of mail) 
• Medical Cards for everyone in the family 

Hours of operation:

• Families with Children in their Care Mon-Thurs 9:30am-12pm
• Seniors over 65 Mon-Thurs 9:30am-12pm
• Pregnant Mon-Thurs 9:30am-12pm
• Singles and Couples Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-3:00pm
