Give Food
What you need to know about donating food
- We are working hard to provide healthy hampers to our clients.
- We accept fresh and frozen unopened foods, since we have a walk-in fridge & freezer!
- Please check all donated food to ensure it is not open, damaged or expired
- See our most needed item of the month!
Helpful Giving
We have a minimum 2:1 buying power at most grocery stores? Your dollar is very valuable to us.
Rice, Sugar, Flour and Oats are most easily distributed in the 1KG bag size.
We cannot use out-of-date, damaged, opened or used items. If you are not sure if we can use it, you can let us decide. Let’s give our best together. Thank You!

In order to maximize the impact of your contribution, please drop the food off at one our many convenient locations.

Host a food / fund drive
If you are going to host a food drive, please let us know in advance- we want to help you make your event successful. Note: we run an annual CITY WIDE Food Drive in Fall, where we need teams of volunteer support and generous food & money donations. In addition, our greatest food shortages come in Spring & Summer.
