Proof of Income (welfare statement, 2 pay stubs, proof of EI, etc.)
Rent or Mortgage Receipt (showing how much you pay/month)
Current Gas/Hydro Bills (if you pay for them)
Current Phone/Cable
Current Address (piece of mail)
Medical Cards for everyone in the family
Hours:
Families with Children in their Care/ Seniors over 65/ Pregnant
Mon-Thurs 9:30am-12pm
Singles and Couples
Mon-Thurs
1:30pm-3:00pm
